Link production work research

Spotlight:


This is good because it links with tabloids and how the newspaper industry works it uses the effect of going into the dying newspaper industry. This is about the life of different characters looking at different stories. This linked to my linked production of the newspaper industry and how they represent these stories and what people believe when they see them. This would be the fact from the story it is taken as to representation and the characters i am trying convey of reporters in my link production.

Arrow:


In this Arrow clip it is the first scene to show lesbian relationship on a superhero Television show and it would represent this as a big moment for LGBT this would give the conventions of actually being built up and connecting. From the distance this is also shown as a shocker to the other characters in the video and it would be good as to the reaction i want from my audience when i do my linked production. This will be taken idea from as to my character being a homosexual and being known from that to the attackers.

Watchmen:


This would link to my link production as to the LGBT character and how she is represented as a whore or being different and it is a powerful image i would want to show in the future as a scene which could get pulled off. This was a big powerful message shown on the cinema as to being based in the late 1900s and shown after war people were still homophobe. And this would also go with the riots of the riots in 2011 as to people not agreeing with this and killing the superhero for being a lesbian.
